Refunds and Shipping Policy

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds are only issued for items that are received damaged or broken. This does not include damage caused by the postal or delivery service.

Please note that as each stationery item is hand crafted they will have natural variations and slight imperfections. This does not constitute damage or breakage.

Returning the item

To return your product, you should use the contact page to request a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

At this time, Vintage Text only ships within Australia via Australia Post.

Any item larger than a regular size envelope will be posted with tracking.
